Technical phase

• Specify Project details and solutions

• Plan execution:  survey, plans, space optimization, material selection, lighting design and colour palette to create deeper sense.

• Technical specifications:  surfaces,  joinery,  sanitary fixtures.

• Search and sourcing of furniture,  lighting,  special numbers,  accessories.

• Produce financial Budget as per bids received.

 

The project becomes  a reality

• Organize and coordinate  works + contractors, taking care of the client's best interests

• Quality check in order to inform of the work development

• Installation up to the utmost detail for a move-in finish
